WorldSavings.com is offering 5.41% APY 6 month and 10 month internet CD rates. Minimum deposit is $10,000 for both, which is a bit high. The 10 month CD requires new funds but the 6 month doesn’t; you can transfer funds from an existing World Savings account to open the CD.

World Savings Bank was founded in 1912, with over 285 branches nationwide. WSB is one of America’s most respected financial services firms. Deposits are FDIC insured up to $100,000. They also offer a branch locater if you prefer opening a CD that way, but I took a look around and it seems as though the rates are lower than the internet rates.
