VirtualBank.com used to have one of the highest 3 month CD rates, at 5.44% APY. Over this past weekend they dropped their rate on the 3 month CD from 5.44% to 5.00% APY. UmbrellaBank now offers the highest rate for the 3 month CD, at 5.35% APY. They also have an excellent rate on their 6 month CD at 5.45% APY.
