I wouldn’t say that State Farm’s motto “is the customer is never right,” I found them to be very straight forward about my personal situation. Sure they did not pay extra attention to me, but I am getting 2.5% on a 3 term CD. And from what i have found, that’s pretty good.

State Farm Bank is a horrible bank when it comes to customer service. Their motto is the customer is never right. There is a lot to be said for brick & mortar banks. At least the can’t hide their rudeness and lack of customer interaction skills behind a phone. Beware, this outfit is not well run and could care less about their customers.

how do i open an existing CD account to get my statements electronically. You told mme the system was now working but I still can’t get into my accounts. Send me detailed info on how to get into the right website and then how to use my established account name and password. Thank you

How do I open an existing CD account to get my statements electronically? I have a State Farm CD now, and I have your letter announcing no more paper statements. Okay, but now what do I do. I don’t like the voice business. I’m an old guy and I hate computers but you people keep sticking us with them, I want to get my existing CD statement and I want to get other CDs from State Farm Bank but I need your help. Walk me through this technology, will you pleas? Thank you.
