Community Bank is offering a Special 26-month Add-On CD with a 3.05% APY. Minimum deposit for this certificate is $10,000. Additional deposits of at least $2,500 are allowed at any time during the CD term.
The bank also offers a 4% APY reward checking account for balances up to $25K as of 3/17/09.
It appears a branch visit is required to open an account. Branches are located in the Pennsylvania counties of Greene, Washington and Allegheny.
